Note - DH2 later production roof was changed from silver to gray. 

1611 usually all parts colors are a satin finish.


Diner  DE7(1952)  1500(1958)

​Note - Chrome walls only made in 1954 and 1955. 1955 box has Disney sticker, 1954 does not.

All box issues have roof color stamped on them.


FACTORY  1906(1957)  1988(1980)
Note - Early production 1906 kits have 2 small round pins on the front entrance roof with a hook on the water tank bracket ends. Later production 1906 have square pins on the front entrance roof with no hooks on the water tank brackets.

A few of the more scarce color combination 1988 kits have a gray front door instead of clear.

1906 gray roof has brown platform and trim and the brown roof kits have gray platform and trim.

Early 1906 kits have a sticker to be applied to the water tank, color could be white, yellow, or black.

Some 1906 kits have been discovered with white doors.




Frosty Bar  FB1(1954)  1401(1956)
Note - Chrome bar only made in 1954 and 1955 and are only FB1 boxes, not 1401.

1955 box has the Disney sticker, 1954 does not.

Any salmon variation has 'salmon' stamped on the box. Any yellow color variation has 'yellow' stamped on box.

Roof and base are primary color, walls and trim are secondary colors.




Small Gas Station  GO2(1950)  1962(1987)

​Note - black back round windows, to represent nighttime, were originally only in Master Sets but added to regular kits in later production. 




Large Gas Station  GO3(1955)  1800(1956)  1909(1967)
GO3 usually includes light blue auto, either with or without molded hood ornament.

1800 early kits came with a yellow auto and later kits plus the 1909 kits came with a red auto.

Early window inserts are about a quarter inch longer then the later ones.

Cheltenham variation was issued in later production 1800 kits and ALL 1909 box issues.

Cheltenham kits have NO clock or lettering on the gas pumps, tower sides, or front wall.  A sheet of 5 stickers were to be applied to the front wall and tower sides. 



Small Supermarket  SM6(1950)

Note -
black back round windows, to represent nighttime, were originally only in Master Sets but added to regular kits in later production.

Boxes had different design window sets that could be cut out.

​Boxes all came with an insert.




Large Supermarket  SM7(1953)  1613(1958)


Motel  1621(1957)  1913(1976)

Note - 1621 kits came with 3 autos and 3 different paper flowers. 1913 came with 3 autos and NO paper flowers.


TV Station  1618(1957)

Note - Early production included a sticker to be applied to the clear front door.

Often the color of the antenna base matches the wall color, but NOT always.

Globes were never glow-in-the-dark but red or white, opposite of the color of the tower top section.
